We are NEVER Alone!

There are days where you want to just dream! To think of a future. To find a place where you can be who you want to be! There are days where you just want to be alone. To keep your head up in life and to live life to the fullest. There are days where life takes ahold of you and wants you to feel bad for everything you go through, but thats where you bite it in the butt and you choose exactly what you want to do! We can't let others decide our happiness, to decide our future. We are the only ones who will ever be able to decide and plan for the future. No matter where life takes you, be strong. Don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do, because in the end it will be your happiness that overrides their happiness. Life lately has been a roller coaster. One that constantly goes up and down. People keep saying it only gets better from here, but how? The only one who really understands is my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. As I was watching "The Saratov Approach" yesterday after church, it made me realize that certain acts of kindness will change the way people see life. Some have reasons as to why they do certain things, but we need to love them. One of my favorite quotes from the movie was, "light always overcomes darkness." As we put others before ourselves we will soon see more light in our lives. Yeah sometimes I think that I'm just preaching, but this helps me get my feelings out for others of the same problems to relate too, and to know that they aren't alone. We are never alone. We can always fall to our knees, and ask our Heavenly Father for help because he will always be there for each and everyone of us!
Remember who you are and be strong!

Shake It Off!

Sometimes we just have to shake it off. Just forget what happens and let it slide off the shoulders. Forget about it. We all have days where we don't want to talk to anyone. But a friend once told me that we just gotta forget about and deal with it. So Shake it off!! Players gonna play. Haters gonna hate. We see people and we are jealous of them. We see them happy and we want that. As I watch people I see things that I want in my life, that I can't actually have. It has been a rough couple of weeks and there are more rough weeks to come. As we come to this holiday season, I want to start to LOVE more and serve more. I don't want a lot of presents, I just want people to see how much I really do love and thank them for what they have done for me. Without some of the people in my life, I really don't know where I would actually be. The gospel has actually helped me to stay focused on what exactly is important in my life. Many know that I want to serve a mission and that won't end until the day I get back from my mission. I want to serve my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ, because without them I would not be able to live my life and have the blessings and trials that make me who I am. Without the atonement and love from Jesus Christ we wouldn't be able to see how much he gave his life for us to live. To serve others.

Life is hard. But like my idol Taylor Swift says, "Shake It Off!"

Till next week! Love you guys!

Trials Bring Us Closer to Him!

Wow! It has been a while since I have written. Life just kind of hopped on the back and we just kind of took a ride... Yes it has been Netflix and shows. Plus two trips to Disneyland! :) One with all of my family and one with one of my best friends. By the way if this gets me off the hook, it was her first time.. (I'll show you some pictures.) but there has been a lot more in my life as well. A huge thing that I have had to kind of cope with and bring myself closer to my Heavenly Father. It was probably one of the hardest things that I will eve have to go through in my life. Let's just say I don't think I have ever leaned harder on the gospel. I believe that this trial has and will make me a better person in the long run. I have actually felt more humble and more loving to my family than I have ever before. I think sometimes Satan gets in the way and pulls us as families apart. As I have been studying the "Preach My Gospel" handbook for missionaries it brings up as the first part to teach: Families and your purpose in your life. It really has given me a perspective on life. I actually have found my favorite all time scripture in Mosiah. Mosiah chapter 3 verses 19 and 20. It really helps in life to help become meek and humble just as a little child and to listen to what the scriptures are actually teaching us. I believe the scriptures are a true blessing to help us return to our Heavenly Father. Without the scriptures, worldly things would be more centered. With the scriptures we are put to test through the faith of the prophets of old, but our trials are different yet still have the same meaning. Even though we have a different style of some of the things they were tried with, we still can find repentance exactly like the Book of Mormon has shown. Joseph Smith has prepared and translated these scriptures for us to read and for us to study to help us become more like our Savior Jesus Christ. As this Christmas season comes, one thing that I want to change and be better at is loving others around me so that they can feel the love and to love myself more than I do right now. There is no better way to have service than to have service to the people around you! Serve others and He will then serve you in many different ways. I have learned throughout many of my trials that we never get the help exactly when we need it but when He thinks we need it. Be strong and remember who you are! I love you guys and want to thank you guys for reading this.  Here's some Disneyland pictures! :)
 Carsland is awesome!! :)
And just a little sunset picture for you guys! :)

Be strong! & always stand for what is right!

Meet the Mormons!

What a great documentary film!! Last night I had the opportunity to go see Meet the Mormons. Its about 6 Mormons who live this wonderful gospel. Words can't even describe how touched I was. It's not just a mormon movie but a uplifting movie that shows just normal people living and serving. It shows that mormons aren't the "Media" but we do actually serve, and we enjoy family. I am so thankful for the opportunity to live in such a great gospel. To have the ability to serve people. Through service you become closer to your Heavenly Father. I am so thankful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ and through him I can become closer to my Heavenly Father. Though we have trials we can follow his example. Nothing like a great way to get many non members to understand who we are and what we believe in. I encourage all religions, all races, and all people to see this movie. I'm not trying to convert you but just encourage what we believe. Check it out! MeetTheMormons.com

I love you guys! Thanks for sticking with me!

Take a Hike!

Well there has been a lot of things that have gone on in the past week.... Last week was just a good week and the end of the week was just swell as well.. We ended the week with a well needed saturday and sunday of General Conference. Some of you who might be reading this might not be mormon. So let me explain to you what General Conference is all about... You get four sessions. Two are on saturday and two are on sunday. The prophet and many others speak at the sessions. You are probably thinking, how did you sit and stare at the t.v. that long.. Well get this you feel the spirit so strongly that you forget you are even at home watching it on t.v.. At least I could stay in my pajamas all day. :) haha. No but it really is such a great and powerful blessing sitting and listening to our prophet, as well as other speakers. It reminds us that he is so close to the spirit.

Anyways, today was just fantastic. Kaylee Mackelprang and I went to the temple today and took many pictures. It was just a fantastic time. Then we climbed a little mountain and took many more pictures. It was kind of nice just forgetting about the world and just climbing to see the whole Las Vegas Valley. Pretty cool right. Well because your listening to me write this nonsense post, I guess I can at least show you some pictures.... Here ya go!

Well have a great week. && Remember who you are & what you stand for!

Love Hannah:)

Most Uplifting Thing Ever!

What a crazy week it has been and I am so sorry if you are just now reading it... Not knowing how many people actually read this dumb blog anyway. It's just kind of nice to put stuff out there in case other people are going through the same thing... I recently had one of the most spiritual, uplifting things happen to me this past weekend. If you didn't know I am LDS or Mormon. I have been LDS all my life and I am happy to be called that. But I experienced one of the most spiritually things given  to me. On Saturday, I had the opportunity to fast to help myself know that what comes from above is not taken lightly and that gifts are not always the way it seems and that my Patriarch would be given the spirit to help Heavenly Father give me my Patriarchal Blessing. On sunday morning I had the opportunity to receive that blessing and to become acquainted with my future. It doesn't give an exact future but gives you warnings and helps you prepare for what is to come. I could feel the spirit so strongly that I had tears coming for no reason. That right there is such an amazing experience that I will never forget. I am so thankful for my Patriarchal Blessing because I do know that it comes from my Heavenly Father and that it is meant for me and my future and no one can change the meaning to what I have in store. It's my own personal scripture and I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to receiving my own personal scripture. Love you guys! Stay Strong.

What's Your Safe Haven?

Everyone has a safe haven, a place where you go to just find comfort. A room, a book, a t.v. show... Everyone has one. Yeah, some of the places are hard to just stay by yourself. Mine is running, my room, music, photography and t.v. shows. They make me feel like I belong. Like I should be around still. We all go through some pretty rough things in life. Whether it be bullying, divorce between families, friend drama, and the list goes on. Sometimes people aren't there, there isn't anyone to talk to. That's exactly why I thought to write this post. This is part of my safe haven, to write what I think of, what I believe, and what I feel like others are going through. Find friends who will be by your side where ever you go. Those friends will be there for you in some of those hardest times. Some friends can be across the world, but if you need them they will be there for you! Find a place you can go to, where you can get away from the world and where you can be by yourself. It will make you feel a little better about yourself. I know that going to my little place makes me feel like I can conquer the world.

See you guys in a few.. And just remember who you are and what you stand for. Someone will always be there for you! :)

Mind Blowing! Literally..

Woah.. It has been a couple crazy days. Somedays seem longer than others and others just seem super short. Life just keeps moving and keeps getting extremely harder and harder. Lately as you have seen in recent postings, I have been training for a half marathon. Well on Monday I ran from my house to the Hollywood Recreation Center. Which is about 5.6 miles. I would of never thought that I could run that, but training really does get you ready for anything. Then I skipped Tuesday and I ran on Wednesday, I got up before the sun (4:30) and ran 6.56 miles. That's almost 7 mi of hills and blisters and rashes. Yeah, you may think that you can never do it but once you hit the last couple you can just run for days. Some days are easier than others. You have to start somewhere whether its just a run around the block or up a hill, its something and something is better than nothing. Eating healthy helps as well! When you eat healthy and choose wisely its easier for your body to run.
As you get older I believe that somethings get harder. Some people have bills to pay. Some spend it on clothes, but having a budget makes you feel better about yourself. When you do it makes things less stressful, less miserable to live. I hate seeing people struggle. When I do see people struggle, all I want is to help them. Yesterday, I had the opportunity of going with my grandma to help take care of one of her family members. She lives in a memory care facility. She suffers from somewhat of an Alzheimer's disease. Seeing her go through that of which she doesn't recall any memory of the present and her asking every few minutes who you are really changes a person. Makes you want to have the best memories so you can remember the good times. She even knows she lives with it and she hates it. Seeing the other members in the facility whose stories are just horrendous, one of the ladies lived in Oregon and her sister said let's take a road trip. She said alright, and they headed down the coast and ended up in Las Vegas, where she now resides, she doesn't get any family visitors, and she remembers that of which her sister did to her. She basically left her there to care for herself, no love, no care. It shows just how much you should love your family even when you hate them! Sometimes our Heavenly Father puts us in rough places for us to go through, but getting through them, those are the best accomplishments. I was so surprised and glad I had the awesome experience of going with her and spending the day and learning of the past the she remembered and how in love she was with her husband. I can't wait for the day I am able to marry in the House of the Lord. That will be the best memory, other than the day I have kids.

New Lifestyle

Everybody needs change. One change I am willing to try is to be healthy. And this is how I am going to track my progress. I have an amazing goal. I am willing to do a half marathon with one of my closest friends. She is such a great trainer, coach, pusher, and I am so glad she is helping me reach my goal. It's a scary thought of running and pushing yourself to the farthest, but if you set a goal and you do everything you can to make it you will be happy with the end result. Yeah, that means I don't get sweets everyday, but in the long run I will be able to say how much hard work I put into my body and I will be proud. Needing the push to keep on that path and to not stray one bit. This is how I am going to stay on that healthy fit path. I want to share my experiences and my change with everyone and I am willing to share them with you. I want to a great role model and help to those who want the same lifestyle I am trying to achieve. So with that I ran 3 miles tonight with the help of Kelsie. Then we came back and worked on our abs, legs, and butts. This is going to be amazing and I can't wait to see and feel the difference in and out of my body! New change begins by starting not by sitting around and doing nothing. Get out and up and do it NOW!

Risks

Risks are all a matter of if you take them or if you don't take them. Some risks may be dangerous, but others may be good. My teacher wrote in my yearbook this year to take risks. Not to back down on anything you put your mind too. I recently just committed to myself to take the risk and run a half marathon. I have only done a 10k, so this is my first marathon! I have to go through lots of training and cutting back on a lot of things, but I will be able to say that I have completed a half marathon! Crazy that I go into it, but I am super excited for this new chapter in my life. Today, I was reflecting on how much I have made it through. Through trials and risks that I have taken. I've been trying to decide on a major I want to do for my career and the two that keep coming to my mind are both exhilarating and long hours. They both help people and they both will keep me going and help me to take risks in life, being put in high risk situations. They are both amazing careers. I just have to choose one and make sure that it's the right career path that I need to take for my future. That is the risk. Not knowing what I'm getting myself into. I don't want to have any regrets. Never, not at all. I want to take the risk of running that marathon of life.

What Shapes Us?

There are many things that shape who we are. Whether it be someone, something or somewhere. Many things have shaped me and how I look at life. About 5 or 6 years ago, I lost my great-great grandmother, Nana. She was someone who I looked up to and who I loved dearly as a role model. She passed away in the midst of the night, but watches over my family and I. Every single night no matter how dirty the sheets are, I sleep in the ones that she slept in. They might not mean something to someone else, but to me it was memories. Memories of the last times I go to spend with her. Her death shaped me into trying to be a better person. Her death was probably one of the hardest for me to go through, and I bet if one of my other grandmothers were to pass away soon it would probably be just as hard. I love being able to have trials that help shape us to become better people or even better the person who we were meant to be. It is amazing how different things shape us.

Peer Pressure

Today I taught my first lesson in primary as a new teacher for the valiant 9 class. I talked about peer pressure and how we can be influenced with negative pressure or even positive pressure. Sometimes we get caught up in life to not think of the situations we put ourselves in. We can choose the right way to follow Him. In school it's hard to be around positive pressure because a lot of school kids don't live the same standards as some. As you find those friends who have the same standards as you do you will begin to strive and to live those high standards. I am so thankful for the friends that I have had who understood my standards and how I wanted to live them. I wasn't your average high school girl. I didn't go to parties, I didn't do drugs, I chose the right. I knew what my standards were and what I was living for. I was living to return to my Heavenly Father. To be able to go to the temple. I am thankful for the positive peer pressure of my friends and the church that have allowed me to keep the commandments and the word of wisdom.

Life in a Blink of an Eye

Days go by fast when you think about your future. Ever since my first day of high school I dreamed that I would soon be 18 and be graduated. And it finally came. August 10th was my 18th birthday. Yet, this one felt just a little bit more special and meaningful to me for some odd reason. Because it was sunday of course we went to church and what not. But about 2 weeks before my birthday I got this little white slip of paper from the ward clerk saying that I would be giving a talk on August 10th, realizing moments later that it was my birthday, I went up to my Bishop and asked him why I had to give a talk on my birthday! He said, "Well I'll make you a deal, you can either give a talk on your birthday for 3-5 minutes or 10-15 minutes after your birthday?" Well of course I chose the 3-5 minute talk. Aha! But that same day I also had the opportunity to have my baby cousin Mason get his baby blessing. Which is really a blessing for it to be done on my birthday. BUT... That's not the best thing that happened for my birthday. After 6 consecutive years of working countless hours and reading my scriptures I finally got my YW medallion! On my birthday! The best birthday present any girl can ask for. Amazing right! A lot of effort went into getting just a necklace that doesn't mean anything to some people but has absolute meaning to you! The little silver or gold thing that just sits around your neck. Yeah that reminds me daily along with my CTR ring, who I am and what I stand for. No matter where I am in life I know that the thing around my neck will take me to the next place that I need to go!

You never know what lies ahead. As long as you keep moving forward you will find the way. Never  dwell in the past. Yes the past makes you who you are but theres also a future that allows you to change and change is always good!

Breathe In Breathe Out

What a stressful day! Sometimes life just takes a toll on you and you just break down. No matter where you are, you break down. You realize that life isn't easy. That its hard to take a break. You practice and train and practice and train, you get most of it but you don't get all of it. You beat yourself in and out, up and down. The little things will get under your skin more than the biggest. You come home with headaches, maybe even a migraine, not hungry, knowing that you might of done something wrong. Having multiple anxiety attacks thinking that you might of messed up. It definitely takes its toll.

Memories That Will Last You a Lifetime

It's crazy to think that your most memorable experiences are during your senior year. Senior year was probably the best years of high school I have ever experienced. From varsity soccer to senior trip! It was an amazing year. Varsity soccer started in August with try-outs, we won and lost games, I didn't get to finish out my soccer season due to extreme internal bruising under my knee. That was the most devastating thing that I could of experienced this season. But I managed to get through it. As well as family problems. After soccer season, my hospitality teacher decided to push me into doing DECA. Which is competitve events dealing with marketing, entrepreneurship, and much more. I received 2 medals and almost got to go to Nationals. That was one of the greatest experiences that I have ever had. Sadie's came along and you know how that goes. Senior Projects.... the most stressful thing you will experience in high school. Well at least my high school! As the year was coming to a close, we had senior sunset, senior night at Disneyland, and my senior prom. They were all memorable experiences and I am glad I was able to go to them all. My senior year was coming to a close. With just a couple weeks left, our last final exams of high school were coming. It didn't matter if I passed them because my grades were so high, but I tried my hardest to still pass. Finals were over and it was to  our graduation practice. 12 years of schooling was over, now it was time for the next chapter in my life. College, a career, a family, and maybe even a mission for my church. I was glad that through all of my schooling and always had one person I knew I could trust and that was my Heavenly Father. Through the hardest and most difficult things I have experienced and still experiencing I don't think they ever left my side. Just like that high school was over. The drama, the classes, were just over with. Graduation was June 9th and I earned my Advanced Honors Diploma and proud of it!

Life isn't always what we expect. Sometimes life throws a curveball and you hit it hard, but make sure you hit that curveball out of the park. We can do hard things. No matter what life throws at you, if you have the right support system, friends, family, you will be able to get through it. You'll break down and feel terrible at times but you will manage to make it through.

Don't Give up!

We all have those days where we just want to give up and relax. Whether school is stressing you out or work, we all want to be able to breathe. Sometimes we aren't able to, but that doesn't mean we should just give up and forget about it. If we give up we are getting rid of the chances we would have had by doing that one thing. One thing that I always usually give up on is exercising. It takes a lot of dedication. You have to workout to get the body or the healthiness that you want. You have to eat healthy and manage the time to exercise. Time management is always a key to exercising. For me, I have to manage school and work and exercise.
Others have a lot more to work with. But the thing to remember is t never give up.

Life

I feel like people get so caught up in life so quickly. We either have work, school, homework, or even extra activities. We lose value to how the world is. Some times we will say "oh I'll do it later," or "it can wait till next week." What happens if it can't wait till next week and you just keep putting it off. Most of the time the worldly things stet getting in our heads and start making us change our ways. Lately I have been thinking to myself that why am I always mad. I shouldn't be mad, we have little things that bother us, but that doesn't mean that we should worry about what happened. We should move on and just start new. Everyday I have been waking up and if I'm in a bad mood I will just forget about it and just smile and just carry on with my day, but when I keep the madness and the frustration it takes a toll on me. With my last semester I had started this and I just felt like I could accomplish anything. It didn't matter what any one else thought, as long as I knew that I was happy and that I could forget about everything that was going on and just enjoy life days by day. We live one more day every time we breathe. Take that chance and be happy. Because one thing in life is gonna break you, and you are going to have to be ready for it. If found a picture on Twitter and it really spoke to me about individual worth and how I see myself on the inside and outside.

Quote of the Day:
"Life is too short to waste any amount of time on wondering what other people think about you. In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives, they wouldn't have the time to sit around and talk about you. What's important to me is not others' opinions of me, but what's important to me is my opinion of myself." - C. Joybell C.

Have You Had a Dream?

Today is Martin Luther King Day, so this post is going be about how we can live up to our goals and dreams, just as Martin Luther King had. Dr. King wanted for men and women of both colors to be equal and to be one. Back when segregation and giving up your seat to the front of the bus was legal, didn't show how the Constitution of the United Stats was put to use, "That men is created equal." Martin Luther King had help make a stand for those who were of different color. He had a dream, that one day whites and colored would be friends. Just as Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream, we should all have a dream that one day would become a reality, just as his has. Today we have the opportunity to go to school with colored people and to be equally the same as them. There are the same as us, just because they are of different racial standings doesn't mean that we should treat them different. We are one, equal, and integrated beings who live in this country to have freedom.

Many of us have many dreams or goals that we want to accomplish. Whether it be to be an actor or an actress, healthy, a singer, or even a dancer. We all have to start somewhere and it just takes time. So, get up and pick a goal or a dream that you want to follow.

Quote of the Day:
"If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward."-Martin Luther King, Jr.

What do you Dislike??

There are so many gross and just disgusting things out there. Many things bother me. The top 10 things that I have either a fear or just gross me out are here or scare the HECK out of me. If any of you freak me out with these I will scream at the top of my lungs..

1. I have a complete fear of snakes. I can not stand them. I will cry if i am put near one. My biology teacher my freshman year of high school had to snakes in his classroom, I would not touch them or go near anyone who was holding them. I would FREAK out...
2. I really do not like feet. I don't even like my own feet. If you touch me with feet, I will go absolutely crazy.
3. I think that public bathrooms are really disgusting. (but who doesn't)
4. I hate germs, I keep a bottle of hand sanitizer on my end table in my bed. You can never see me without some sort of cleansing thing on me.
5. I really hate it when people don't shut the toilet lid before they flush. When you flush your toilet, you basically aerosolize what you just did in the toilet. Which is pretty disgusting.
6. I HAATTTEEE scary movies. When I watch a scary movie I literally have nightmares and think that something is going to happen to me at night when I am sleeping for a pretty long time. My all time scariest movie that I have ever watched is THE RING! Yes, the one that has the girl. Yeah that one. I am beyond scared of that movie. I always think that I have only 7 days to live. My friends have now started to print pictures of the girl and put them in their school binders and make me freak out when they show me. It all started when I was just a teensy little one.
7. I hate it when people touch my face. IT BUGS THE HECK OUT OF ME!
8. I also really hate when my pencils run out of eraser before they run out of lead. Couldn't it be the other way around.
9. When people read my messages, or go through my pictures.
10. I really hate it when people don't coordinate their clothing..

Family

Who doesn't love spending time with their family... Today most of our family was able to go to the Craig Park. We of course had a picnic and just felt like we were away from everything. Us kids had a excellent time hanging with each other. It's always nice to hang out with family. We walked around fed the ducks and played on like all of the playgrounds. You are never to old to play around on those.. Here's some of those pictures I told you I would post..
                   Rock skipping.
            One of the jungle gyms.
          Most of the cousins!

It was a beautiful day to be outside. Clear blue skys, 70 degree weather. What else could you ask for?

Leadership in the Workplace

For my Hospitality Exam we had to write a post for a blog about something in the workplace. I chose to write about leadership, which also allowed me to share some of the leadership I had used for soccer.

The definition of leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization, but how does that apply to leadership in the workplace? Here are 8 steps to being a leader in the workplace (cr. to wiki how)

1. Focus on the goals of the organization
2. Assembling teams to get the job done
3. Define tasks to get done
4. Facilitate meetings
5. Address problems in a timely manner
6. Resolve conflicts in the workplace
7. Show respect for all workers and clients
8. Give constructive criticism

There are so many leadership experiences whether it be in a sport, a class, or in the workplace. A leadership experience in the workplace could be the CEO, or the regional manager. My mom works in a credit union. She is the branch manager and has a lot to do. Whether it be through creating a steady work ethic, to making sure that each team member is respected by all other employees. Her job sometimes gets extremely stressful, but with her excellent capability to get things done on time makes her an absolute good team leader. Most of the time she has to keep up with all the drama that happens in the workplace, she is like the one who clears everything up.

Being a soccer player on varsity for 3 years, allowed me to be a leader. My team had chose me to be the captain for the 2013 soccer season at Eldorado High school. Though it was a lot of pressure to make sure that my team was not having any drama, it allowed me to be a great team leader. Having this opportunity allowed me to see how much being a leader can help in a workplace. I had the ability to make my team unified. Just as my mom has done in the workplace. As a co-captain, I needed to focus on the goals of our team. Our goal was to go playoffs and work hard to make it to state. To do that we needed to work as a team on and off of the field. We had different jobs that we needed to do whether it be a goalie or a forward. We had to have an organized practice and if we had problems then we would have to work them out in a timely and respective manner. Girls have drama and so our soccer team had a few conflicts that we had to resolve. As a team, we needed to respect ourselves and our teammates. If someone was doing something wrong our coach would give us constructive criticism which also made us as captains give constructive criticism to the other girls, which allowed us to work better as a team. Being a leader means to also be there for the team and because we worked as a team, we were able to make it to the second round of playoffs. It wasn’t state but it sure was an awesome season to be a captain.

So, the next time you are the leader, whether it be through a company or a sport remember the 8 steps to being a leader.

What Do You Want To Do Before Your DIe?

Wasn't today just an absolute perfect day. I could say so myself. Exams...Fun people....Lunch, In N Out...and playing Chinese Fire Drill. Some times you just have to live a little. Days go by when we think, "Oh I wish I could have done this," or "Why have I never tried it?'. Every one has those things that we all want to do. Think of it as a Bucket List. Things on the bucket list can't be done until we are older, or because we are to old we can not do those fun things anymore. Some times its even medical restrictions that restrict you from doing something that you have waited your whole life to do. You should always be ready to have fun. Do not necessarily think YOLO, but think what do I want to do before I die. Well here are some things I have on my bucket list:

- Go to Washington, D.C.
- Skydive out of a plane
- Go cliff diving
- Run a marathon (especially, the Color Run)
- Learn guitar
- Write a song
- Road Trip across the United States
-Take a trip to see the Olympics
- Take a trip to Hawaii
- White Water Rafting
and
- Take a picture of something CRAZY!

There are so many things to do. Whether it's just taking a picture of the sky or running your first marathon, DO IT!

Picture of the Day:

Look for something that no one else can see, because only you can make a difference.

Every day a picture will be posted. One that I have taken. More will be posted, as well as with the slideshow!

The First One

We all have a first to everything. Something's could be taking your first dance class, going to the beach one day, and riding the scariest roller coaster. My dad and brother had made there own go-kart. It was made out of all wood and wheelchair wheels and some sort of other kind of wheel. With a rope as steering. We want to the Mormon church to go down the hills there everything was working fine. When all of a sudden my dad had this awesome idea. For those who don't know the big steep Owens hill, they had decided to go down that gut twisting thing! My brother was the first one to start going down and started about 1/4 of the way from the bottom, which isn't that steep, he was called a 'baby'. He double dogged dared my dad to go from about half way up, well it was going extremely well until he got to about where I was standing with the camera. He had totally lost control, the only thing he could possibly do was to crash. Leaving him in a total mess. He made it out alive, but has gashes and burns from the gravel on Owens hill. Like I said we have a first for everything. That's when you have to trust yourself and follow what you believe.

So each post I will leave a quote. To ponder and to help with those daily trials that we all go through.

"We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create set bing that will live forever."

Go out and do something that will live forever, because you never know who you are gonna help!
