Which just itch for a long while!!! πππ« so yeah! Anyways! Glad I
don't have poison oak/ivy!
What a great week!!! But of course it was a sad week. We had
transfers.... Which is so sad, and now I am out of Warsaw! ππππ©
but it's okay!
They have moved me to the city-ish again! I am now in Fredericksburg!
Crazy! My ward is called Chancellor and it is city and COUNTRY!!!
AHHH!!
Well we said goodbye to members on Monday night. And I said bye to the
Pierce family! π© that was sooo hard, but it was all okay! They said
to make sure that I come back to visit!!!
Transfer day was Tuesday! So we headed to Richmond to get our new
companions! They white washed our area and now one of my friends from
before the mission, Sister Tibbits was put there! :) so I have good
tabs on the area! So then I headed to Fredericksburg! My new companion
is Sister Manson, and she actually served in Dale City! :) soo we have
a lot to talk about. She also knows one of my friends! Pretty cool!
Wednesday: we visited a few people. And had some fun! Later that night
I had to pack for mid mission, which was great! I even got an edible
arrangement from my family!
Thursday: I HAD MID MISSION! I went down to Richmond! We went and had
so many meetings and later that night we went street contacting on VCU
Campus. Soo fun! That night we stayed at the mission home. It was sooo
awesome! :) there was so many things that I learned and I'm so
grateful for the time that I was able to be there to here these
things. We saw so many amazing miracles, we saw this girl carrying her
groceries back to her apartment and she had dropped something, and
well we asked if we could help her. She ended up listening to our
message and is on date for baptism! The Lord truly puts people in
areas for a reason! I'm so grateful for the Spirit and the opportunity
to serve the Lord! :)
Friday: I was in Richmond until about 12pm and then we headed back to
Fredericksburg! We had some appointments. Pretty good day!
Saturday: we did some service for some people in the ward who were
moving to Maryland! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE KRISPY KREME!! I'm soo excited!
But it's time for a diet.
Sunday: new ward, new people, and getting all caught up with names.
The bishop invited me to stand up and he made a funny joke. He said,
"We hit the Jackpot!" Funny Las Vegas jokes!
I have learned a lot this week! I am so grateful the I have the
opportunity to serve my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. To serve His
children and to love them as he would! It's hard, but I can do hard
things. I love my mission, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity
that I have to serve. It freaks me out a lot that I only have 9 months
left. And if the previous 9 months flew by, I have a feeling that
these months are going to fly by.
I would love for you all to keep one of our investigators in your
prayers. He knows he needs to be baptized he just wants to feel 100%
ready! He is at 95%! Lol! Please pray for Derrick that he will know he
needs to be baptized!
I was studying this morning about scriptures. How awesome is it that
we have the scriptures?! We are able to hear and learn so much! I know
that the Book of Mormon and the Bible are the word of God! Forever
grateful! I invite you all to study each and every day and pray for
more understanding. I know as you do that, things will come to you
that will help you through the day!
I miss you all and I hope you all are doing well!
I love you! ππ
Have a wonderful week!
Love,
